Data has the potential to change the way all the stakeholders of the legal system – litigants, court administrators, and policy-makers – make decisions.
At XKDR, we develop unique case lifecycle datasets that give litigants visibility over their entire case lifecycle, including connected cases (eg, Chamber Summons, Notice of Motions, Interim Applications). Litigants and court administrators can use the data to estimate the time to different milestones such as the first hearing and disposal.
This dataset contains the case lifecycle data of 5653 commercial disputes filed in the Bombay High Court and 7346 insolvency and bankruptcy (IBC) cases filed in National Company Law Tribunal - Mumbai bench between January 2022 - December 2024. It contains pending and completed cases.
